This workshiop provides guidance and techniques for putting together a strong resume and an efficient cover letter. Interview preparation tips are also available.
Need to find your inner cheer or an outlet to express it? Then this class is for you! Class incorporates low-impact exercise with arm movements (targeting those stubborn bat-wings for those of us who have ‘em) to uplifting music in a “no-judge, no-pain” zone.
$5 drop in fee can be paid to the instructor.
CHEER Pre-requisites: Like upbeat music and having fun without taking self too seriously. Optional: Pom-poms (makes it way more fun – available at Walmart or online) Suggested Clothing: Anything comfortable and stretchy.
This coursw prepares you to recognize and care for a variety of emergencies including breathing and cardiac emergencies, burns, cuts, heat and cold emergencies, stroke, diabetic emergencies and other sudden illnesses. This course meets OSHA requirements. Receive an American Red Cross certificate valid for two years upon course completion.
