This course focuses on self-practice and is a great tool if you want to feel centered in your life. It is both for beginners and for those who want to become a more confident Reiki practitioner. Students will learn what Reiki is, the history of Reiki, the Reiki precepts, basic terminology, ethical guidelines, how to channel Reiki energy, and other foundational elements.
