Using locally produced milk, create 3 different kinds of fresh cheese: Farmer Cheese, Feta and a quick Mozzarella. We will start them night one and finish and sample on night two. Bring your adventuresome palate and a small container to take samples home.
$30 with a Material Fee of $15 paid to instructor at first class.
